AdminSO attends regional convention of HRM practitioners

To learn more about the updates the civil service policies that can be applied in the University, the Administrative Services Office (AdminSO) of Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) participated in the Regional Convention of Human Resource (HR) Management Practitioners at Bacolod City on May 21-23, 2024.

DHVSU was represented by AdminSO Director Anna Dayrit, Supervising Administrative Officer Debbie Ann Fatima Barrera, and Administrative Officer Ida Noreen Peña.

The convention aims to equip the participants with knowledge and skills about the leading and living values of public service, embracing wellness for a better you, updates on civil service policies and decisions, digitization in HR, developing HR excellence, and ensuring safety and health at work.
