Enrollment Procedure
Enrollment Procedure for School of Law First Semester of A.Y. 2022-2023
- Visit the following link for your specific enrolment schedule HERE.
- Proceed to the office of the School of Law located at the ground floor of the new Graduate School Building and submit your enrolment documents:
- Original Transcript of Record (TOR)
- Original Copy of PSA Birth Certificate / Marriage Contract (for female)
- Two (2) reference form (Kindly download the forms HERE)
- Two (2) pieces passport size colored picture, white background with name tag.
NOTE: Place the document in a long brown envelope.
Indicate the following information at the top left portion of the envelope:
• Name of Student
• Program
• Contact Number
- Secure the Advising Slip from the same office.
- Proceed to the Registrar's Office and get your Assessment Form.
- Pay your tuition and other fees at the Cashier's Offce. (The Cashier's Office will be open from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm only).
- Claim your Certificate of Registration at the Registrar's Office.
