Sikolohistas claim 3rd place in songwriting contest at 37th PAPJA

Students from the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, through the DHVSU Psychology Society, once again raised the flag of Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) as Honorian music enthusiasts secured 3rd place in the Songwriting Competition during the 37th Psychological Association of the Philippines - Junior Affiliates (PAPJA) National Convention held virtually via Microsoft Teams on April 19, 2024.

The winning piece, titled “Bagong Umaga,” was composed and performed by the Honorian Sikolohistas. The music team includes composers and performers: Kharise Audrey F. Gilos and James Maui B. Cabaya; arranger and composer: Paul Justin T. Racelis; and recorder and producer: Patrick James C. Baron.
