COE leads pinning, candle lighting ceremony for pre-service teachers

With pride in their hearts and a dedication burning bright, senior students from the College of Education (COE) gathered at Dr. Ernesto T. Nicdao Sports Center to mark their pinning and candle-lighting ceremony today, September 19.
