DHVSU, Municipality of Floridablanca sign agreement and break ground for new campus

August 4, 2023 - The Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) and the Municipality of Floridablanca formalized their partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the establishment of a new DHVSU campus in Barangay Santa Monica, Floridablanca, Pampanga.

The ceremony was attended by key personalities, including DHVSU President, Dr. Enrique Baking, Vice President for Research, Innovation, Training, and Extension, Dr. Ranie Canlas, of Pampanga's Second Congressional District Representative, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Municipality of Floridablanca Mayor Darwin Manalansan and Vice Mayor Michael Galang, alongside members of the Sangguniang Bayan.

With the signing of the MOA and the groundbreaking ceremony, DHVSU and the Municipality of Floridablanca have laid the foundation for a promising partnership that will signify a new chapter in the educational landscape of the municipality and the province of Pampanga.
