In view of the suspension of work in government offices and classes in public schools in Regions 1, II, III, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, V, announced by the Malacañang tomorrow, November 13, 2020 (Friday) due to the typhoon "Ulysses" which coincides with the Opening of Bids for the project, "Enhancement of Electronics Engineering Laboratory Equipment", change of schedule is hereby advised for the Opening of Bids.
