In view of the suspension of work in government offices and classes effective 3:00 pm of November 11, 2020 to November 12, 2020 due to the typhoon "Ulysses" which coincides with the Opening of Bids for the project, "Subscription to a Web-Based Learning Management Solutions", change of schedule is hereby advised for the Opening of Bids.
